Interesting "Old" Age Discrimination employment tribunal

Do you ever feel as every thinks you are too old for your job?
Do you think your employer think you are past your "best before" date

It appears none of us are immune form such threats.
An interesting case came in front of an Employment Tribunal recently where a 58 old senior executive manager found himself replaced by a "newer younger model" reported in the Metro.
